Who processes your data
The data controller is BM Engineering EOOD, UIC 207022211, with registered office at 5 Dobrudzha St., Ruse, Bulgaria. Contact on matters of personal data: office@bmengineering.tech.
What data we collect
Through the enquiry form we collect only the data you enter yourself: name, company, email, phone and the description of the project. We do not collect data through hidden mechanisms and we do not buy data from third parties.
Why we process it
The sole purpose is to answer your enquiry and, if it leads to a contract, to correspond on the project. The legal basis is your consent, and where a contract is concluded — the performance of that contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for 12 months and then deleted. Data related to a concluded contract is kept for the period set by accounting and tax legislation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or pass your data to third parties for marketing purposes. Our hosting and email provider may have access to it within the scope of technical support.

Cookies and external services
This site does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or behavioural analytics. Fonts are served from our own server, not from an external service, so ordinary browsing does not pass data to third parties.
The one exception is the map on the contact page. It is loaded from OpenStreetMap — a non-profit foundation — and when you open that page your browser sends a request to openstreetmap.org, which reveals your IP address to it. OpenStreetMap does not set tracking cookies and does not use the data for advertising.
